When must final salary and benefits be paid after employment ends?

Labour & Employment Law

Section 148 requires the employer to pay remuneration, benefits and other amounts due to the worker within 15 days after employment ends, regardless of the manner in which employment ended.

The Rules provide methods for payment where the worker cannot or does not personally collect the amount.
