What should an employee do about sexual harassment at work?

Labour & Employment Law

Workplace sexual harassment is regulated both by labour law and the Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention) Act, 2071.

Under the Workplace Sexual Harassment Act, a victim or a person acting for the victim can make a written or oral complaint to the manager within 15 days under the internal complaint route. Other statutory remedies can also apply.
