Can a divorced wife receive maintenance if there is no property to divide?

Family Law

Section 101 allows the court, in the circumstances stated there, to order maintenance based on the former husband's income where the wife did not receive a partition share because there was no property and she requests living expenses.

The section includes exceptions, including remarriage and circumstances involving comparative income.
