Is there a deadline for filing a complaint about a Cooperative Act offence?

Cooperative Law

Yes. Section 132 states that a person who learns of an offence punishable under section 124 should file a complaint within 90 days of learning of it.

The section also provides a 90-day period for complaints concerning conduct punishable by regulatory fine under section 125.

Because limitation rules are high-risk, the exact facts and any later amendments should be checked immediately.
