Can a cooperative board be dissolved?

Yes. Section 47 permits the general assembly to dissolve the management committee in circumstances including bad-faith conduct placing the cooperative at risk, inability to meet liabilities, acting outside the cooperative's objectives, failure to perform duties, or repeated violation of law or regulatory directions.
