What if goods delivered do not match the sample or specification?

Contracts & Business Law

The Civil Code contains rules for goods sold by sample and by description or specification. Where a sale is by sample, the bulk must correspond with the sample subject to the contract and statutory rules; where goods are identified by brand, trademark or specification, conformity with that description also matters.[1]

The contract should include inspection, rejection, replacement and acceptance procedures.
