Yes, where the representative has the required authority. The Civil Code recognizes performance through representatives and contains a dedicated agency framework. For a company, internal authorization, the Articles, board decisions and the person's actual authority should be checked.[1]
A contract signed by someone without authority can create avoidable disputes over whether the company is bound.
