What happens after the court gives judgment?

Civil Cases & Dispute Resolution

The judgment determines the parties' rights and obligations and normally states whether an appeal is available, which court hears it and what must be done to implement the decision.

The judgment is not always self-executing. A separate execution process can be necessary.
